my advertisements??Payout paypal

I bought some days ago some static banners worth $ 12.
I sent a support ticket, now is that the ticket would have had to put the url of the banners.Ya not let me send you another ticket for support and You did not answer.
Please can any solution?

Hello,
we did answer your ticket but it seems there is a problem - as many times happens with "hotmail" (and "Yahoo") email accounts, - you cant receive our emails. I sent an email today to you and I got "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender".
Anyway now that you are a member of our forum, just send me a personal message here with the banner (image) link and the "target" link and i will add
your banner right away.

And for other users that may read this topic and have Hotmail or Yahoo email accounts. We always answer all the support tickets and emails, so...
If you dont get or see any answer in 24 hours, just come here on the forum and
either make a topic or send a personal message to the admin of each site.
