How to avoid scam sites?

The four basic rules of PTC/GPT sites and online jobs:

1. NEVER join to any site where you have to pay a registration fee.
2. NEVER join to any site where you MUST invest before you can cashout.
3. NEVER join to any site that promises to pay more than $0.01 for EVERY ad for EVERY member.
4. ALWAYS check if the site you're about to join is on any scam list.

For rule three just do the math:

Let's suppose that a site has about 100 000 members and has paid about $100.000 till date paying an avarage of $0.005 per click.
If they'd promised you to pay $100 per click like SurePTR and such sites they should have payed $2.000.000.000 yet.
This is two billion dollars. NO SITE can pay this amount of money!!!
